Return & Exchange Policy Our main goal is your complete satisfaction and happiness with Hermodestwear products. Here’s our policy to ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience: 🛍 Receiving & Inspection Orders are delivered through our authorized shipping company. You are allowed to inspect your package and confirm that your order is correct before making payment. Payment must be completed before the courier leaves (Cash, E-Wallet, or InstaPay). 💫 Return or Exchange After the Courier Leaves Can be requested via messages, with shipping costs covered by the customer. The product must be unused, in its original condition, with packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase or order number must be provided. Shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the error was from our side. 💬 Steps to Request a Return or Exchange Send us a message. Provide your order number and the reason for your request.
